As someone who has always struggled with hereditary dark circles, I know how frustrating it can be to find a concealer that actually works. After trying out countless products, I’ve finally found four concealers that I absolutely love for concealing dark circles: Tarte Shape Tape, Bobbi Brown Corrector, NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, and Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer.
Here are my 4 Favorite Undereye Concealers for Dark Circles:
Tarte Shape Tape
Tarte Shape Tape is a fan favorite for a reason. I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on it for soo long. Its thick, full-coverage formula is perfect for concealing even the darkest of circles!! This is definitely my fullest coverage concealer! I get the Tarte Shape Tape in the shade medium sand and I’m obsessed!! The doe-foot applicator makes it easy to apply, and the concealer stays put all day without creasing or fading. One of the downsides of Tarte Shape Tape is that it can be a bit drying, so it’s important to moisturize well before using it.
Bobbi Brown Under Eye Corrector
Bobbi Brown Under Eye Corrector is another product that I’ve had great success with. This creamy, full-coverage formula blends seamlessly and provides long-lasting wear. It’s also available in a wide range of peachy/pinky shades, so it’s suitable for a variety of dark circles shades, whether you have a blue, purple, grey, or green undertone. I like to wear this on its own or underneath one of the other concealers listed in this blog post!! I get the Bobby Brown Under Eye Corrector in the shade Peach!
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is a more affordable option that still delivers great results. It has a lightweight, creamy formula that provides medium to full coverage and leaves a radiant finish. It’s also available in a wide range of shades, so it’s easy to find a match for your skin tone. I have the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in shades Custard (Medium with neutral undertones), Ginger (Medium with warm undertones), and Biscuit (medium to medium-deep with warm undertones)! The only downside is that it can crease a bit if you have particularly dry skin.
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer is a newer product that I’ve recently discovered and have fallen in love with. I have the Kosas Concealer in shade 5.5 (medium with olive undertones) and 6.0 (medium+ with olive undertones). It has a super creamy formula that provides medium to full coverage and leaves a brightening effect on the skin. It’s also infused with skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, which make it nourishing and hydrating. I did find this to have less coverage than the Tarte Shape Tape. The only downside is that it’s not as widely available as some other brands.
In conclusion, all four of these concealers have their own benefits and drawbacks, but I find myself consistently going back to these four concealers out of all of the ones I own. If you’re in the market for a new concealer, I highly recommend giving one (or all) of these a try!! Have you tried any of these concealers? Let me know what you think!!
