However, as someone who used to wake up two minutes before starting work and now wakes up at 6 am, I can confidently say that waking up earlier has changed my life in many positive ways. Waking up early also gives me time for my morning workout, which has been a game-changer for me. I also know that if I don’t get my workout out of the way in the morning, honestly, I may be too lazy after a long work day..

When I wake up early and stick to a morning routine, I have more energy throughout the day. This was so strange to me because how could I possibly have more energy if I woke up earlier?? But instead of feeling sluggish in the morning, I feel energized and ready to tackle my day!

In conclusion, waking up earlier has had a hugeee positive impact on my life. By reducing anxiety, allowing time for morning workouts, increasing productivity and energy, providing time for self-care, improving sleep quality, and enhancing mental health, waking up early is a total game-changer. If you’re struggling to wake up early like I struggled when I initially started, baby steps.. Start with just waking up 15 or 30 minutes earlier than your normal wake up time, then gradually build up to 6AM or whatever time you’d like to wake up at. Trust me, the benefits are truly worth it.
